Crossroads Core Values

At Crossroads, we hold to several core values that each employee will be expected to promote
and support within their prospective areas of responsibility.

Every person should have a personal relationship with Jesus.

We believe we accomplish this through building community, promoting discipleship
among believers, corporate worship, and serving.

This is accomplished through exciting Biblical teaching, practice of personal disciplines,
and by empowering parents/grandparents/guardians to help equip the next generations of
their own families.

If something is worth doing, it is worth doing well!

Deliver the “WOW!” factor, but keep it simple in the process.

Christ calls all of us to live out our faith by loving and serving those around us.

Each Crossroads employee is expected to be investing in the lives of those who do not
have faith in Christ and to be inviting them into faith.

We operate under the assumption that there are always “guests” in the room.
