micro-WORKSHOP
These 1.5 hour long small-space workshops are divided into three sections:
First: Rich greets the participants, recaps a tool from Mentoring 101, and introduces the guest.
Second: Guest Trainer leads a 30-minute training on the topic at hand. Time is either built into the training for personal reflection OR is offered immediate after the session.
Third: A 15 minute Q&A with the Guest will wrap up our training time together.

Do you have a desire to reach those around with grace and truth? Join Mentoring 101. Mentoring 101 is a personal disciple-maker season of teaching, equipping and personalized group discussion focused on making disciple-makers.
Who is this for? Believers. Leaders in the church. Those already attempting to mentor others. Student and adult group leaders and co-leaders. Our desire is to help the body of Crossroads grow in confidence and courage to do what Jesus called us to do, make disciples in our homes and circles of influence who will grow to make disciples of their own.
