Edward Largent

Campus Pastor

Edward is a 2012 graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Mathematics. After spending six years in the business world he felt called to ministry and earned a Master’s of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He joined the team as the pastor over the Wadsworth campus in 2019. He enjoys reading, basketball, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Currently, he is also pursuing a Master’s of Divinity in Biblical Studies.

Tim Rose

Worship Leader

Tim has been the worship leader at Crossroads Wadsworth Campus since the day we opened the doors. He played in the Worship band at the Doylestown Campus for many years prior to leading worship here. Tim is following in his father’s footsteps. His father, Mike is the Pastor of Worship Arts at the Doylestown Campus. Tim is married to Taylor.

Ian Simmons

Student Ministries

Ian is the Student Ministries leader for grades 6-12th. He heads up the “Ignite” Ministry, along with many energetic and committed volunteers who care deeply about student’s spiritual growth. Ian is married to Becky and they are expecting their first baby in August.

Rebekah Hoerger

Ministry  Coordinator

Rebekah is a 2010 graduate of Liberty University where she studied Business Management and International Business.  She has joined our team after a couple years in the business world and feels blessed to be able to put her project management skills to work here at Crossroads. Her responsibility is to help lead and organize different areas of ministry around the church including the children’s department, GO: Serve, GroupLife, as well as our church-wide outreach events.

Stephanie Shields

Assimilation  Coordinator

Stephanie joined the staff in August 2013 and is overseeing our first impressions ministry.  She also heads up our online church data base and check in system.  Stephanie is from this area and has owned her own businesses since high school.  She is married to Todd and they have 2 grown sons.  Stephanie loves meeting new people and helping them feel that Crossroads is “home.”
